Apprenticeships & Dual Degree Programs

It's best to apply as soon as your desired apprenticeship or college program is posted. On our careers page, you'll find all current openings and the respective start dates for the apprenticeship or college program.

As a growing company, we want to train tomorrow’s skilled workers ourselves and retain them for the long term. That is why our goal is to hire our apprentices and dual-track students after they successfully complete their programs. Whether we hire them depends on their individual qualifications and the company’s capacity.

At Erbe, you’ll enjoy the benefits of working for a company that adheres to collective bargaining agreements. These include a 35-hour workweek, regular working hours, and vacation and Christmas bonuses. In addition, we offer you numerous other benefits.

Internships, Work-Study Positions, and Theses

At Erbe, you can gain practical experience through a mandatory internship, a part-time student job, or a thesis project. You can find current opportunities in our job listings.

We offer mandatory internships that are required as part of a degree program. Unfortunately, we cannot offer voluntary internships or pre-internships.

For high school students, we also offer one-week career exploration internships (BORS and BOGY). These internships allow you to learn about one of our apprenticeship programs or dual degree programs and gain your first practical insights.

Application & Interview

The required documents depend on the position. We generally need a resume and relevant transcripts. For internships and thesis projects, we also ask for a cover letter stating your preferred time frame and field of study, as well as any additional supporting documents, if applicable.

During the interview for an apprenticeship or a dual degree program, you’ll meet our training manager and a representative from your future department. That way, you can ask your questions right away.
